我們昨天解讀了編著圖書章節(jié)與參考工具書條目的引用格式寫法，但在論文中，被引用的資料并不總是“正式出版物”。很多研究都會(huì)涉及政策背景、行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、倫理規(guī)范或?qū)嵺`指南，這些信息往往來(lái)自政府或機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)布的報(bào)告、研究組織的技術(shù)文件，甚至是新聞稿或政策簡(jiǎn)報(bào)。與此同時(shí)，會(huì)議報(bào)告、論文宣讀和海報(bào)展示，常常是研究成果最早被公開的形式。
APA 第七版將這些內(nèi)容分別歸入 Reports and Gray Literature 以及 Conference Sessions and Presentations。它們的共同特點(diǎn)是：來(lái)源真實(shí)、使用頻繁，但出版路徑高度不統(tǒng)一。
今天我們就來(lái)詳細(xì)的解讀這一部分的引用規(guī)則。
報(bào)告與灰色文獻(xiàn)的引用規(guī)范
在 APA 的定義中，報(bào)告類文獻(xiàn)通常是指系統(tǒng)呈現(xiàn)研究結(jié)果或政策信息的正式文件，而灰色文獻(xiàn)則涵蓋了一切未通過(guò)傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)出版渠道發(fā)行、但可以被公開獲取的資料。這包括研究報(bào)告、倫理守則、基金信息、政策簡(jiǎn)報(bào)、新聞稿等。
一個(gè)非常重要的前提是：只要文獻(xiàn)可以被讀者可靠檢索到，就可以列入?yún)⒖嘉墨I(xiàn)表。
但前提是，引用格式必須準(zhǔn)確反映其發(fā)布方式。

1. 政府機(jī)構(gòu)或組織發(fā)布的報(bào)告（Report by a government agency or other organization）
這是科研論文中最常見(jiàn)的一類報(bào)告引用，尤其在公共衛(wèi)生、社會(huì)科學(xué)、教育與政策研究中非常普遍。這類報(bào)告通常由機(jī)構(gòu)整體負(fù)責(zé)，因此作者位置使用機(jī)構(gòu)名稱。
需要注意的是：如果作者與出版者是同一機(jī)構(gòu)，APA 要求省略出版者信息，避免重復(fù)。

2. 政府或組織中的個(gè)人作者報(bào)告（Report by individual authors at a government agency or other organization）
有些報(bào)告雖然由政府或機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)布，但明確標(biāo)注了個(gè)人作者。在這種情況下，APA 的處理原則是：
優(yōu)先尊重署名方式，而不是機(jī)構(gòu)背景。
也就是說(shuō)，reference 中應(yīng)使用個(gè)人作者，而不是機(jī)構(gòu)作者。

3. 系列報(bào)告（Report by individual authors at a government agency, published as part of a series）
在統(tǒng)計(jì)、公衛(wèi)和社會(huì)調(diào)查領(lǐng)域，很多報(bào)告會(huì)作為正式系列的一部分發(fā)布。APA 要求在 reference 中明確標(biāo)出系列名稱和編號(hào)，以幫助讀者定位該文獻(xiàn)在整個(gè)系列中的位置。

當(dāng)報(bào)告由工作組或任務(wù)小組完成時(shí)，該小組名稱被視為正式作者，應(yīng)完整、大寫呈現(xiàn)。

很多研究成果最初并不是以論文形式發(fā)表，而是通過(guò)會(huì)議報(bào)告、論文宣讀或海報(bào)展示公開。APA 第七版將這些內(nèi)容統(tǒng)一納入 Conference Sessions and Presentations。
一個(gè)關(guān)鍵原則是：會(huì)議報(bào)告屬于“可公開檢索的學(xué)術(shù)交流記錄”，而不是未發(fā)表文獻(xiàn)。
